SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Design Multiverse store for your shopping needs. We appreciate your business and would like to provide you with our shipping policy.

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S holidays) from 7am - 4:30pm PST.
  • Orders can take up to 3 business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a promotion or Pre-Order taking place.
  • In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
  • To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email from our Customer Care team

First Class Shipping: Orders are typically received within 2 to 5 business days from day they are shipped.
Shipping Cost: Varies per Item - See Product Listing for exact shipping.

Priority Shipping: Orders are typically received within 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping Cost: $11.95

Shipping Carriers: We use USPS First Class and Priority to ship our orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

Delivery Times: As noted above, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Returns and Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are applicable only to damaged/defective items or items that were not received correctly. See Refund/Exchange policy for more info.
